Have you read this FANTASTIC new book?
Have you read Parenting with Soul and enjoyed it? Right now you’re probably thinking, ‘gosh, how can I tell everyone about this fantastic book?’ Let me help with that. Here are some ideas.
- Tell your colleagues, your friends (your enemies?), your family about Parenting with Soul. Talk about it over coffee, at school pickup and drop-off, at mother’s group, your book club, in the queue at the supermarket.
- Take your copy when you meet up with people you think would like it. Show it to them and let them know how they can buy it (from their local bookstore or online stores such as seekbooks.com.au, booktopia.com.au and amazon.com).
- Buy one for a friend. It would be perfect for someone who has young children, is pregnant, or for a grandparent. It’ll make them feel good and it looks pretty. Don’t forget Mother’s Day …
- Ask for it whenever you go into a bookstore. Very loudly, so everyone can hear you asking for ‘THAT FANTASTIC NEW BOOK PARENTING WITH SOUL’. (For ‘fantastic’ substitute ‘extraordinary’, ‘wonderful’, ‘stunning’ – so booksellers don’t get suspicious about the fifth person that day saying exactly the same thing.) If they don’t have it, suggest they order it.
- Indulge in a bit of guerrilla marketing: every time you walk into a bookstore, find Parenting with Soul and put it up the front on the new releases shelves. If that seems a bit brash, just stack it face out on the shelves – makes it more visible and more likely to be bought.
- Request it at your local library. Suggest they order it if it isn’t in stock.
- Review or recommend Parenting with Soul on your social media sites: Facebook, Twitter etc.
- Write a review for newsletters, blogs or websites where you are a member. Parenting websites such as happychild.com.au are always on the lookout for people to review parenting-related books.
- Go to Amazon.com and write a 5-star review – if you think it’s deserved, of course.
- Buy several hundred copies for friends and family. Only if you’re outrageously wealthy.
